Why does Google Earth show dark spots on certain locations?

Step 3. Scroll through the drop down menu and click on the ‘Preferences’ option.

 

 

Step 4. In the preferences window, click on the ‘3D View’ tab.

 

 

Step 5. Click on the ‘Off’ toggle under the Anisotropic Filtering window.
