To enhance wearability, the Vision Pro features a custom aluminum alloy frame that curves around the face, providing structural support for the internal components. Openings strategically placed on the frame facilitate airflow and cooling. Additionally, the device incorporates a fabric “Light Seal” that curves around the face, blocking incoming light and ensuring a comfortable fit. Apple offers various Light Seal options to accommodate different facial structures.

The Vision Pro incorporates innovative audio strips made of silicon, directly connected to the aluminum frame on the sides. These strips house speakers that deliver Spatial Audio, revolutionizing sound perception. During setup, users can scan their ears to personalize the Spatial Audio experience.
