Amazon Luna is extending to three more regions a year after its first introduction in the US. The cloud gaming service is currently accessible in Canada, Germany, and the UK. With the extension, Amazon customers outside of the US will be able to use Luna for the first time. Every month, the firm gives away many games for free to Prime members. There are four games in the March list, including Trails from Zero and Megaman 11.
By subscribing to packages that Amazon refers to as “Channels,” you can access more of the Luna library. For instance, the Luna+ channel offers titles like Tetris Effect, Control, and Street Fighter II. Market pricing varies, but Luna+, for instance, costs $13 per month in Canada.
Additionally, there is a Ubisoft+ channel that offers access to all of the most well-known titles from the publisher, such as Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Watch Dogs: Legion, and Rainbox Six Extraction. If you have an Amazon Prime or Luna+ subscription, you can play Ubisoft titles that you already own for the PC on Luna.
Notably, Luna will now be available in three areas where Stadia was previously offered before being abruptly discontinued by Google at the beginning of the year. The programme hasn’t exactly been a home run for the retail behemoth, as seen by the fact that Amazon recently withdrew 53 titles from the Luna+ catalog, but an extension is a step in the right way.
