Something interesting caught my attention at CES 2025 – Speediance, a fresh face in smart fitness, brought two new products that might change how we work out at home.
Let’s start with their main attractions: the Gym Monster 2 and VeloNix Stationary Bike. The Gym Monster 2 is built to adapt to different workouts, while the VeloNix brings electric motor precision to indoor cycling. Both machines use AI to personalize workouts and keep you safe.
What makes this different? Speediance isn’t just selling exercise equipment – they’re building an AI system that watches your form, tracks your progress, and adjusts your workouts based on real data. Their CEO, Liu Tao, puts it simply: they’re using AI where it matters most – helping people get healthier.
The company’s got bigger plans for 2025. They want to create a system that follows a simple cycle: monitor your activities, analyze the data, suggest improvements, guide your actions, and keep monitoring. It’s like having a personal trainer who knows exactly how you’re doing at every moment.
But here’s what I find most interesting – they’re thinking beyond just physical workouts. The goal is to help with both physical and mental health, making it easier for anyone to train like a pro from home.
Want to check it out yourself? Speediance is at The Venetian Expo in Las Vegas from January 7th to 10th, booth D #55532.
