Sennheiser has announced a firmware update to its Smart Control app for iOS and Android, providing a free upgrade for users of the Sennheiser Momentum 4 Wireless and Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 3 headphones. The new 4.3 update offers enhanced personalization options, allowing users to customize their listening experience and adjust the audio output according to their preferences.
The most significant addition is the expanded equalizer (EQ) section in the Smart Control app for these two headphone models. Previously, users had access to three EQ settings: Low, Mid, and High. With the update, Sennheiser has introduced additional options for Low-mid and High-mid frequencies, bringing the total number of EQ settings to five. This expanded EQ functionality enables users to precisely adjust the prominence of specific frequencies, tailoring the sound to their individual preferences.
