Activision had a data breach on December 4, 2022, according to @vx-underground, a portal that collects malware source codes and leaked documents. The attackers had reportedly hijacked a high-ranking employee’s account to obtain access to confidential data, including Call of Duty content plans extending to November 17, 2023. Similarly, the franchise’s next seasons will begin with Season 3 between March 18 and May 15, followed by Season 4 between May 15 and July 16, Season 5 between July 16 and September 15, and Season 6 between September 15 and November 8.
