Pricing in the United States is not yet known, but Porsche will provide additional details next year.
Both vehicles use a six-speed manual gearbox to provide power to the rear wheels. 0-60 mph takes 4.9 seconds with the row-it-yourself option. With the optional PDK dual-clutch gearbox and Sport Chrono Package selected, the time reduces to 4.5 seconds. The highest speed is 170 mph regardless of gearbox choice.
The Style Editions ride on 20-inch 718 Spyder wheels coated in high-gloss black with colourful Porsche crests to distinguish them from normal 718s. Gloss black Sport Tailpipes and silver Porsche writing are among the other cosmetic upgrades. The Boxster has a one-of-a-kind “Boxster” emblem imprinted in the cloth roof.
