You can now choose the kind of content for which you can request a refund. Currently, you can request a refund for a subscription, already purchased games and add-ons or pre-ordered games. The final step will involve you having a chat with a representative, who will check your refund eligibility and if found satisfactory, guide you through the remainder of the process. The refund will be credited to you PSN Wallet which you can then use to buy another game, add-on or subscription of your choice.
