Mick Schumacher: ‘I’m always ready for action’ as he targets F1 comeback

Mick Schumacher, the former Haas driver and current reserve at Mercedes, has expressed his readiness to return to Formula 1 and stated his willingness to drive for Williams if given the opportunity. While waiting on the F1 sidelines, Schumacher remains determined and confident that he will secure a race seat for the upcoming season.

Schumacher recently had the chance to sample the 2023 machinery during Pirelli tyre testing at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya in Spain. Despite not securing a race seat this year after being dropped by Haas, the young driver is fully committed to earning his place back on the grid and is optimistic about his prospects.

“I’m always ready for action,” Schumacher affirmed during an interview with RTL. “Believe me, I’m working very hard to hopefully be back in the car soon. See you very soon, next year at the latest. I’m sure something will develop in the near future.”
