MENA’S LARGEST GAMING FESTIVAL ‘GAMESCON’ HAS BEGUN!

The Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre has today, opened its doors to the largest gaming festival of the region – ‘Gamescon’. Set to be held between Oct 24 – 26, the 3-day gaming extravaganza seeks to attract gamers from across the region, and the world for an event like no other.

One of the prime attractions is RobocomVR, a gaming company who is set to bring the Transformers VR experience on interactive simulators at the all-new virtual reality zone that will give gamers a unique once in a lifetime opportunity. 

The excitement will continue on the show floor as Call of Duty Modern Warfare will unveil their latest game at the festival where fans will get a chance to play the game ahead of the global release date which is 25th October. 

Next up, we have the award-winning game, Doom eternal, which will make its debut at the Gamescon, and give fans a chance to preview and take a swing at the game, before it hits the market on the 22nd of November.

Also on display, will be the most anticipated game of the future – CD Projekt RED and Geekay Distribution’s Cyberpunk 2077. This is a new entry to the Gamescon panel and will feature game subtitles in Arabic for the first time ever.

RAKBANK’s exclusive signed FC Barcelona merchandise will be up for grabs as fans will be called to face each other in a FIFA 20 match on stage.

Visitors will also get a chance to interact with YouTubers like Azzyland and Kwebbelkop during live gaming shows on the Entertainment Stage across the 3 days. 

There is a lot of action still to come from the show, and tickets can be procured from the door at a price of AED 160 for the day ticket, and AED 350 for the 3-day festival pass, and AED 480 for the family day ticket.
