We do not know exactly how severe the restructuring will be, but it looks increasingly likely that ByteDance will be instructing the developers to stop working on current and upcoming projects, as the Chinese company is seeking to divest from their current investments in the gaming IPs. It is also looking very likely that ByteDance will not be entering the gaming space anytime soon.
