Logitech’s latest camera has a handy privacy shutter

Finally, the Brio 500 sports an intriguing magnetic monitor mounting method. It is divided into two sections. The conventional plastic mount is meant to clamp onto the top of your display like any other, and the camera is magnetically linked to this plastic mount. It’s a design that allows you to swivel the camera 360 degrees if you like. If you don’t like magnets, you may detach the magnetic attachment from the webcam’s bottom to expose a conventional tripod mount.

Logitech also announced a new headset today, the Zone Vibe 100, in addition to the Brio 500. It’s a Bluetooth-only variant of the previously available Zone Vibe 125 headset, which could also be connected through a wireless USB-A receiver. The new Vibe 100 has a battery life of up to 20 hours while listening to music or 18 hours when making calls. It has a flip-to-mute mic arm and is available in grey, off-white, and light pink.
