While Rell has a distinct design when compared to other champions, she hasn’t always been used as a support player as often as the competition. The Rell community was pretty insistent about her receiving additional attention at one time, which no doubt contributed to these mid-scope update announcements.
Midscope changes are the kind of enhancements that have previously been granted to champions like Swain, Taliyah, and Olaf. Not full-fledged improvements, but nothing to scoff at for champions that need additional care.
