How to set the homepage in Chrome on Android

The Android Operating system comes with a host of built-in services, all of which are powered and created by Google. This ensures that at the very least, users experience the best features and functionalities that work 100% with all Android devices. The default browser in this suite of Google apps is Google Chrome. The Chrome browser has enjoyed unparalleled success on both Desktop and mobile devices and what we love about the mobile version of Chrome is that you can actually use it just like you would the Dekstop version.

The homepage on the Chrome browser is easy to set up on the Desktop version, but as it turns out, the procedure is equally simple on Android smartphones.

In this tutorial, we will show you how to set the homepage in Chrome on Android.

Tap to open the Chrome browser on your Android smartphone.

 

 

Tap on the ‘Three dots’ icon on the top right-hand side of the Chrome browser.

 

 

Tap on the ‘Settings’ option from the drop-down menu.

 

 

In the browser settings, tap on the ‘Homepage’ option.

 

 

In the homepage settings, you can choose between the default homepage or a custom URL.

 

 

Once done, you can exit the browser, clear the background apps, and restart Chrome.

The browser should now boot up the selected homepage.
