How to Leave a Group on Telegram
Telegram messenger also supports group chats and while it does have its own layer of security, there is not much that it can do when it comes to regulating group chats. So, if you are stuck in a group chat and want to end the misery by leaving it once and for all, this is how you do it.
Step 1. Open the Telegram app on your smartphone (iOS and Android supported).
Step 2. Long press on the group chats that you want to exit.
Step 3. From the pop-up menu, tap on ‘Delete and Exit‘.
Step 4. On the confirmation page, tap on ‘OK‘.
You will now exit the group chat and no longer receive notifications from the group.
