Using a Short Code –
This solution comes in handy if you do not own a smartphone, or you own one but are in an area with poor internet connectivity. In such cases, a short code makes things very easy.
- Open or unlock your phone/smartphone.
- Open the phone dialler and then enter the shortcode, To check your balance:

- Dial this number and in a few moments, you will see an entire breakdown of your current plan and its validity, including balance information on your screen.
