Google also reaffirmed the implementation of Fall Detection to the Pixel Watch. (it began rolling out last month). It can detect a hard fall and contact emergency personnel if you become unresponsive, much like the corresponding Apple Watch feature. At that moment, it will either allow you to speak with the dispatcher live or play an automated message for them.
