The Lyrical tone, for instance, drafts a response in the form of a short poem based on a given prompt. Magic Compose seems to have the capability to generate responses independently or provide suggestions based on the context of the conversation. The images indicate that the feature is labelled as an experiment.
It is not surprising that Google is considering the integration of such capabilities into Google Messages, given its recent efforts to introduce similar tools in Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
