Google Fi, the mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) operated by Google, has announced some major updates, including a new name, Google Fi Wireless. The name change aims to make the service’s purpose clearer to customers. Along with the name change, Google Fi Wireless is offering a free seven-day trial of the service for eSIM-compatible devices. If customers don’t cancel the trial within a week, they will be automatically subscribed to the Simply Unlimited plan.
