This isn’t the first time Bethesda has improved Fallout 4’s aesthetics. The Xbox One X upgrade enabled 4K in the 2015 title, but only at 30 frames per second. Last year, the business used FPS Boost on the Xbox Series X and S to enable 60FPS gameplay, but the resolution was presumably limited to 1080p.
