This model is taller and slimmer than its predecessor, with external and internal displays measuring 6.3 inches and 8 inches, respectively. The new Pixel devices come with Google’s Gemini AI assistant, which helps users search within apps or inquire about recent photos. Additionally, two new AI apps have been introduced: Pixel Screenshots, which allows for searching within saved screenshots, and Pixel Studio, a text-to-image generator.

New AI tools for image editing have also been added, including an “Add Me” feature that combines two scenes into one group photo, and Magic Editor in Google Photos, which uses AI to replace sections of a photo, like the sky.
