To make things worse, EA tweeted on December 28th that “customers should now be able to play CFM without trouble” – three days before the unpleasant news regarding lost saves was delivered. After apologising, it invited impacted players to “establish a new franchise as soon as the mode is available.” Customers are also encouraged to follow the Madden franchise account on Twitter for future information.
