Navigating the nightmarish realms of Diablo 4, where hordes of hellish creatures relentlessly assail players, has always been a harrowing experience, even for seasoned isometric RPG aficionados. For lone adventurers, the chaos of Blizzard’s visually stunning gothic dungeons can be overwhelming. As a Sorcerer, the most frail of Diablo 4’s character classes, I often found myself cornered and outnumbered, with death lurking at every turn. However, a surprising ally emerged to transform the battlefield.
Enter Sony’s DualSense wireless controller. Straying from my usual PC gaming setup, I decided to embrace a new perspective by playing Diablo 4 on the PS5. Little did I know that the DualSense’s haptic feedback would elevate my gaming experience far beyond mere novelty.
The directional rumble offered by the controller introduced a new level of awareness concerning the direction and intensity of enemy attacks. Suddenly, the tumultuous battles of Diablo 4 became easier to decipher. This added layer of information proved invaluable, enabling me to react swiftly and decisively to enemy assaults.
