Confusion surrounding the acquisition of rare items in Diablo 4 has led players to seek answers, prompting the game’s lead class designer, Adam Jackson, to provide some helpful insights on Twitter. Jackson acknowledged the scarcity of these highly sought-after items, emphasizing their rarity. He revealed the existence of six such items in the game: Andariel’s Visage, Doombringer, Harlequin Crest, Melted Heart of Selig, Ring of Starless Skies, and The Grandfather. Additionally, he noted that these items would consistently drop at 820 item power.
Regarding their availability, Jackson confirmed that players can obtain these rare items anywhere regular unique items can be found. Furthermore, he stated that they have a chance to drop from enemies at level 85 and above, adding an element of challenge to their acquisition.
