CDPR’s CEO Adam Kici?ski went on to announce that they intend to increase the number of developers working on the Witcher 4 project, to 400, as he seeks to give gamers an unforgettable experience. The Polaris project was announced back in 2022, and by July 2023, there were 260 members working on it. By the end of October, it was reported that close to 220 developers had been transferred from working on Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty to joining the Polaris team.
