Unlike recent entries in the franchise, Assassin’s Creed Mirage will have a smaller scope and will harken back to the franchise’s origins. It’s set two decades before Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and primarily takes place in ninth-century Baghdad. The game emphasizes stealth and parkour, and the main character, Basim Ibn Ishaq, possesses the ability to slow down time to aid in planning assassinations. The inclusion of a full Arabic-language dub and subtitles aims to enhance the game’s immersion.
