Industry analyst and noted iPhone leaker Ross Young recently made a surprising suggestion that Apple may be withholding its LTPO display technology from several upcoming models for the next two years. This news comes as a disappointment to many Apple fans who were hoping for an upgrade to the current ProMotion technology, which enables a 120Hz refresh rate for smooth scrolling and can dynamically turn that rate down to 10Hz to save battery life.
