Photoshop Elements 2023, like previous versions, allows users to remove items with the matching brush, pick topics of photographs with a click, and optionally modify backdrops. Built-in facial feature touch-up tools include the ability to open closed eyelids, change grins into frowns, fine-tune face tilt, smooth skin, and more, while the collage generator, as the name implies, can create collages of images and videos.
Users can upload photos and videos from an Android phone, edit them on a desktop or the web, and then access, view, and share them back on the phone using companion apps for Photoshop Elements 2023 and Premiere Elements 2023, which are currently in beta (and only in English). According to Adobe, the companion applications will be updated with new features and 2GB of cloud storage throughout the year and will be accessible to licensed Elements users.
