According to a report by The Verge, these confidential emails exchanged between Activision CEO Bobby Kotick and other high-ranking Activision executives, including Armin Zerza, the chief financial officer of Activision Blizzard, and Chris Schnakenberg, the senior vice president of global platform strategy and partner relations at Activision Blizzard, have surfaced as part of the FTC v. Microsoft case.
