The official MultiVersus Twitter account announced the arrival of Looney Tunes’ Marvin the Martian. Marvin the Martian is revealed to be an Assassin, joining the ranks of Stripe from Gremlins, Arya Stark from Game of Thrones, Finn from Adventure Time, and Harley Quinn from DC Comics. The tweet depicts the new character on a card with numerous of his moves. The B-23 Bubble Blaster launches a bursting bubble projectile, the K-62 Projectile Modulator changes the direction of friendly projectiles, and “…in the name of Mars!” plants his iconic Mars-claiming flag into the ground, launching foes upward.
Early reactions from MultiVersus players look to be good, with Marvin the Martian bringing another crazy yet powerful move to the game. However, the Looney Tunes character isn’t the only addition to MultiVersus’ Season 2 update. In addition to more Looney Tunes content, the new season includes a new level: the Game of Thrones Iron Throne area. While Arya Stark remains the only representation from the famous franchise, the installation of the stage, combined with the current showing of House of the Dragon, might imply that more Westeros characters are on the way.
