WWE 2K23 Surprise Addition: Unannounced Wrestler Joins the Roster in Latest Game Release

WWE 2K23 introduces an undisclosed character to the game’s already huge roster. Even after revealing the official WWE 2K23 roster, it appears like 2K has a few surprises up its sleeve. The title’s release date is already set for March 17, 2023, so surprise news like these help generate excitement.

The game is already looking like a significant upgrade over its predecessor, WWE 2K22. WWE 2K23 will launch WarGames, as well as a slew of new and returning features, under the slogan #EvenStronger. Every year, the roster is the primary emphasis. WWE 2K’s roster is so fluid that it can change in a single day, rendering the title obsolete. As a result, developers frequently set a deadline to choose which superstars will be included in the game.

Tyler Breeze will join WWE 2K23 as a WWE legend, as shown on UpUpDownDown’s ratings reveal broadcast on YouTube. While Breeze’s achievements in the industry are probably not legendary, it’s always nice to see a character who has managed to keep his presence in the game. Breeze has largely appeared in UpUpDownDown’s frequent video uploads and broadcasts, thus his proximity to the firm remains valuable.

Surprisingly, Breeze’s contribution in UpUpDownDown may now be replicated in WWE 2K23. Breeze and Xavier Woods are also selectable GMs in MyGM, which adds to their playability. This is a continuation of their usual GM mode video series, which both men heavily promote on the UpUpDownDown YouTube channel. As UpUpDownDown continues to merge wrestling and video games, this feels like a solid choice by the 2K team. The in-game tribute to Breeze and Woods’ antics will be well received by fans.

While the roster appears to be complete, the only way to add to WWE 2K23’s roster will be through DLC. The notion that Bray Wyatt and Wade Barrett will be post-game DLC appears to be heating up. But, given Tyler Breeze’s newest disclosure, there’s a slight probability that Wyatt and Barrett are covert additions to the roster. Both guys have victories against the man and would fit nicely into Cover Star John Cena’s Showcase. Also, both superstars are presently employed by WWE, with Wyatt as a performer and Barrett as a commentator. Fans can still hope for their favourite wrestlers to get invited. Until then, players may take comfort in the fact that undisclosed names may be on the lineup.
