The Volt 12 is Ooni’s first all-electric pizza oven, taking architectural inspiration from the high-end Karu 16. The powder-coated carbon steel exterior and “enhanced” insulation, according to the firm, allow it to be used both indoors and outside. To help you dial in your cooking, a front-mounted control panel has temperature, time, and balancing adjustments. According to Ooni, the balancing dial lets you to tune the Volt 12 for different styles. Also, an optional boost function restores the baking stone to perfect temperature between pies, so you don’t have to wait to start the next one.
