The Pan Tilt feature, in particular, is a great addition to the 2020 Mini camera, and presumably indicates that the hardware will be maintained for a longer period of time than the now-discontinued Amazon Cloud Cam that the Blink Mini replaced. But, given that Amazon owns both Blink and Ring and that the two businesses provide basically duplicate goods, it’s difficult to predict what Amazon’s next step will be. Ring has a wired floodlight camera and has just announced two new spotlight cameras.
