Netflix gave us our first glimpse of the first Knives Out sequel earlier this month, and during its Tudum event, the streamer showed out another trailer, this time focusing on some highly complicated puzzle boxes that serve as a party invite. The little film demonstrated the blend of comedy and suspense that fans of Knives Out would anticipate.
Glass Onion is a significant film for Netflix, and not simply because it is a highlight of the company’s Christmas lineup. The corporation allegedly spent more than $400 million for two sequels to Rian Johnson’s original whodunit, and Glass Onion also stars Janelle Monáe, Leslie Odom Jr., David Bautista, Jessica Henwick, Kathryn Hahn, Kate Hudson, and Edward Norton, in addition, to star Daniel Craig.
Knives Out is only one of the numerous cinematic worlds that Netflix hopes will become its next big film blockbuster.
Glass Onion will be available on Netflix on December 23rd and at select cinemas prior to that date.
