The most recent Google Workspace upgrades feature better Gmail search

Google Workspace has received some small, but useful, improvements. When you join a Google Meet call or begin presenting on one using a Docs, Sheets, or Slides file, you’ll soon be able to share that file with other attendees via the meeting’s chat panel. You can give everyone on the call access to the file or just a few people. While on the call, you will all be able to participate on the document, spreadsheet, or presentation.

Google also claims it will utilise your recent Gmail search activity to improve search results when you use the email service on the web. According to the firm, this will make Gmail search results more relevant and contextual. Finally, a requested feature is on its way to Sheets that will allow users to adjust the pivot table editor side panel. This is handy when the names of some pivot table columns or fields are too long and you want to see the entire content.

These improvements will be accessible to all Workspace and G Suite customers over the next 15 business days, according to Google. The firm just announced a welcome improvement to the Workspace individual plan, raising storage from 15GB to 1TB at no additional cost to consumers.
