The easy way to turn off the password keychain on the Mac

On a daily basis, we visit numerous websites on the internet. Some of these websites may require you to login in order to access the material, whereas others may be transactional, requiring you to enter sensitive information such as your debit or credit card information.

Previously, the individual had to remember each of these login things and other credentials because keeping them on the computer or Mac was not secure. However, the Mac now has a virtual safe that is password locked and encrypted to securely store all passwords and credentials. Furthermore, the keychain feature allows you to autofill the password and even debit card details whenever necessary.

If you are not convinced by this function and do not want your Mac to retain your passwords and payment information, you can easily disable it.
