One of the most anticipated events of the year, Samsung’s flagship ‘Unpacked’ event, is set to take place on the 17th of January, 2024. With Samsung Galaxy S24 leaks going rampant across the internet, the wait is not long now, to see what Samsung has truly cooked for their new generation of flagship smartphones. Usually, tech events start in February of each year, but given that CES is also in the same month, it is strategic for the tech giant to host their in-person event a few weeks in advance, giving their products some dedicated hype in the market.
Samsung has not revealed much about what exactly they have in store, but the key part of the events will obviously go towards the S24 series, which will act as their main flagship series for this year. Also, the brand recently announced a pre-reserve program, where fans were invited to provide their details in order to reserve “something’, but we think this is probably for the Galaxy S24 series.
If you are someone who has signed up for this mysterious pre-reserve scheme, you will get your answers on January 17th. The brand has also announced a $50 credit for those who have participated in the pre-reserve promotion, and given that there was no up-front amount to be paid, this will definitely be something worth looking forward to.
Going by past history, Samsung has utilised its Unpacked event to reveal its flagship smartphone offerings, much like Apple, which has its trademark event in September. However, the tech giant has also revealed other devices alongside their Galaxy flagships, like laptops and wearables, and we expect them to do the same this time around.
