As the January 22 launch of the Samsung Galaxy S25 series approaches, leaks about the flagship lineup continue to pour in. Here’s the latest on what to expect from the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25 Plus, Galaxy S25 Ultra, and the rumored Galaxy S25 Slim.

Memory and Storage Options
According to tipster Abhishek Yadav (via Android Authority), the Galaxy S25 series will feature up to 12GB of RAM across all models, with storage options of 128GB (base model), 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB.
This marks an improvement for the Galaxy S25 and S25 Plus, which previously started at 8GB of RAM. However, there’s no RAM increase for the Ultra model, which remains at 12GB – contrary to earlier rumors suggesting a jump to 16GB.
Galaxy S25 Slim: Thin and Powerful
A standout addition to the lineup is the Galaxy S25 Slim, rumored to launch months after the initial models. Reports from @Gadgetsdata (via SamMobile) reveal that the Slim will feature a 6.66-inch display, matching the Galaxy S25 Plus. It will likely include the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and pack a battery capacity of 4,700mAh to 5,000mAh.
Impressively, the Galaxy S25 Slim is expected to house a 200MP+50MP+50MP triple-lens camera with 3.5x optical zoom – a setup rivaling the Galaxy S25 Ultra. Notably, Ice Universe (via Notebookcheck) claims the phone could be 6.x mm thick, making it substantially slimmer than the Galaxy S24, which measures 7.6 mm.
If these leaks hold true, the Galaxy S25 Slim could redefine what premium compact smartphones can offer. Meanwhile, the RAM boost for the standard and Plus models is a welcome upgrade, even if the Ultra doesn’t see the same jump.
Stay tuned for more updates as we approach the Galaxy S25’s official unveiling.
