Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro Upgrade: Record Videos with 360-Degree Audio

If the user is engaged in the correct environment, a simple solution to capture movies with surround sound utilising a smartphone is now accessible. Samsung has released an update for the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro that allows for 360-degree audio capture during video shooting. While this capability may not be as good as professional surround sound, it may provide a more accurate representation of what was heard during a concert or walk.

This functionality will initially be available to a select number of users. The update will first be available to Galaxy Z Flip 4 and Galaxy Z Fold 4 owners, and it will be included with “upcoming Galaxy devices” (such as the Galaxy S23 series). Users using older hardware, such as the S22, will, however, be unable to utilise this function.

A forthcoming update for Samsung’s smartwatches will likewise provide extra features. Zoom will be added to the Camera Controller app for Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch 5 devices in a February update. The user may control the phone’s camera zoom from their wrist by performing a pinch motion or twisting the bezel. This removes the need to go back to the phone or move closer merely to frame a group shot.

While this new capability will only be immediately beneficial for die-hard Samsung fans, the firm is surely hoping that the closer connection will entice people to purchase more than just its newest phones. There will be benefits that consumers will not be able to acquire from competitors, at least not for a long.
