Furthermore, Batteries Plus technicians will undergo rigorous training, earning the coveted “Samsung Certified” title, enabling them to tackle even the most intricate Galaxy devices, including the demanding Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5. What sets this partnership apart is that Galaxy device owners no longer need to send their damaged phones away for repair; they can simply walk into a Batteries Plus store and have their phones fixed on the spot.

Mark Williams, Vice President of Customer Care at Samsung Electronics America, emphasized the significance of this enhanced partnership.
