Samsung has recently announced the appointment of Hubert H. Lee as the new head of its Mobile eXperience (MX) Design Team, which is responsible for designing some of the company’s most popular products such as the Galaxy S series phones. Lee previously served as the chief design officer of Mercedes-Benz China, where he led design teams in both China and the US. Samsung has expressed confidence in Lee’s abilities, stating that his “unique and visionary perspective” will help shape the look and feel of the Galaxy brand, while building upon the distinctive design ethos that users have come to know and love.
