Spotify is kicking off its Roblox launch with its first music-themed island, K-Park, which will offer interactive experiences with K-pop musicians Sunmi and Stray Kids and will celebrate all things K-pop.
Spotify’s Roblox debut is a first for any music streaming service and is part of a bigger push for firms to build a presence in what it refers to as the “metaverse,” a phrase that has yet to be defined beyond a collection of virtual online locations.
