The Ryzen 9 7945HX3D is speculated to be based on the Zen 4 core architecture, boasting an impressive configuration with 16 cores and 32 threads, along with support for Precision Boost Overdrive (PBO) overclocking and tuning capabilities. Leaks from a reputable Weibo tech account (via Twitter user HXL) suggest that the CPU may feature a cutting-edge 3D V-Cache technology offering a massive 128 MB capacity. It is expected to adopt a “dual-CCD configuration,” where 64 MB of stacked cache is allocated on one of the two CCDs, while the remaining 64 MB cache comes from the two Zen 4 dies.
