In terms of performance, the new CLA is equipped with a light hybrid 4-cylinder engine with a 48-volt onboard power supply that adds 13 horsepower. The rear-wheel and all-wheel drive variants are powered by a 2.0-litre 4-cylinder engine with 221 horsepower. The automobile can travel from 0 to 60 mph in 6.3 seconds, while the peak speed has yet to be announced.
