Players that purchase the Legendary Collection will be able to get some of Yu-Gi-most Oh’s famous and powerful cards, many of which are still in use today. Legend of Blue Eyes White Dragon contains strong Spell cards such as Raigeki and Dark Hole, as well as legendary Traps such as Mirror Force and Magic Cylinder. Konami plans to republish each of the booster packs outside of the collection for $4.49, the same price as ordinary Yu-Gi-Oh! packs. Notably absent from the collection is Yu-Gi-fifth Oh’s chronological pack, Labyrinth of Nightmare.
Yu-Gi-latest Oh’s heritage reprints arrive at a time when players have more opportunities than ever to enjoy the TCG, thanks to physical play and a myriad of games. Each month, new cards are released to Master Duel, and the game just included the ability to construct forbidden cards. Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links also continues to provide fans with an alternate method to play the game, with an emphasis on the franchise’s multiple anime episodes and a selected card pool. Yu-Gi-OhLegendary !’s Collection will bring back some of the franchise’s most treasured sets.
