According to the rumor, the Meteor Lake Core Ultra 7 (not Core i7, as per Intel’s traditional naming) is expected to achieve a boost speed of 5GHz on a single core. The Core Ultra 9 is said to surpass 5GHz in boost speed.
At first glance, these boost speeds may seem modest compared to the speeds already seen with Intel’s current laptop processors. For example, Intel’s Raptor Lake mobile processors have reached speeds of 5.4GHz.
