- First step in this process is to open the Services Window. You can do this by searching for Services in the Cortana Search bar, or by using the Windows Key + R to open a run window, and searching for Services there.
- In the Services Window, scroll through the list and locate the Function Discovery Provider Host option.
- Click once on the Function Discovery Provider Host option. Now Right click on it and select Properties.
- This will open a new window with the relevant setting for the Function Discovery Provider Host option. here, check if the Service is running, and if it is, then Stop it.
- Next, click on the Startup type drop down and select the Automatic (Delayed Start) option. Now under the Service status tab, click on Start.
- Click on Apply and then click on OK to save the changes.
- Make sure you Reboot your Windows 10 PC/Laptop to confirm the changes.
