Step 1. Launch the Netflix App
Turn on your TV and open the Netflix app from your home screen or apps menu.
Step 2. Access the User Menu
Once Netflix loads, navigate to the user profile screen (if it doesn’t appear automatically). Use your remote to highlight your profile icon at the top of the screen.
Step 3. Find the “Get Help” Option
In the settings menu, scroll down until you see Get Help (this may also be labeled as “Settings” on some TVs). Select it.
Step 4. Select “Sign Out”
Within the “Get Help” menu, you’ll see an option labeled Sign Out. Highlight and select it.
Step 5. Confirm Sign Out
