This will open the meeting window.From the toolbar, click on the ‘More Actions‘ button.Now, from the dropdown menu, click on the ‘Apply Background Effects‘ option.You will now see a bunch of pre-installed background plates that you can apply to your window. However, if you are trying to apply a custom background plate, just click on the ‘Add New‘ button.Browse for the background image you want to apply and then click on the ‘Open‘ button to load it into the Microsoft Teams app.The background image will now be added to the list of options, and you can now preview the image and of it suits the requirement, you can click on the ‘Apply and Turn On Video‘ button to confirm the changes. From the toolbar, click on the ‘More Actions‘ button. Now, from the dropdown menu, click on the ‘Apply Background Effects‘ option.
