You meet a lot of people on Facebook, form bonds, collaborate, and even reconnect with old acquaintances. There may be some situations where a person you meet may not always have your best interests at heart, and may also indulge in some not-so-great activity on the social media platform. Facebook takes this very seriously and in effect, has created a block feature that allows you to shut down these accounts and keep them from interacting with you on the platform until you see fit.
Blocking users ensures that the latter is unable to interact with your posts, send you a message on messenger, or even search for you across the platform. The operation is in effect as long as you deem it to be and it is very useful when the person in question is really proving to be a menace and a disturbance.
In this tutorial, we will show you how to block a user on Facebook.
